Application Requirements

Texas State’s Physical Therapy program uses the PTCAS system to collect most admission requirements. Additional items required for admission consideration are listed below. International applicants, please visit our international web pages for additional requirements.

Application Fees

  • $65 nonrefundable ApplyTexas application fee
  • $50 nonrefundable ApplyTexas international evaluation fee (if applicable)
  • separate PTCAS application fee

International Transcripts

  • a copy of an official transcript from each international institution attended. Transcripts issued by U.S. institutions must be submitted through PTCAS.
