Please review the instructions for submitting copies of your official transcripts (including all marks sheets) to meet your application requirements. Applicants who have not yet completed their degree should send 7th semester marks sheets.

Official, university-issued and sealed transcripts/mark sheets must be mailed to the address listed below. The Graduate College does not accept opened, scanned, emailed, or faxed copies as official; however, copies of diplomas/certificates of completion are acceptable.

Official transcripts require 3–5 business days to be reflected in the Status Check screen.
If your documents are not reflected on the status check page after a two-week period, please confirm that the documents have been sent to the correct address by the issuing institution.
If you are using a delivery service, such as FedEx or DHL, please allow sufficient time for delivery. Your package may arrive elsewhere on campus before making it to our office; however, you will get credit for the date your package is received on campus as long as the package has been addressed to The Graduate College.
Official, electronic GRE, GMAT, and TOEFL score reports must be sent directly from their respective testing centers (Educational Testing Service or the Graduate Management Admission Council) to Texas State using school code 006667. (Visit the Healthcare Administration page for Texas State's DI code.)
Official IELTS scores may be mailed directly from the testing center (IDP) to The Graduate College for processing. IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) Numbers may also be submitted via email to email@example.com for authentication and processing by The Graduate College. For security purposes, please ensure emails pertaining to IELTS results only contain the TRF Number found at the bottom, right-hand corner of the score report as well as the applicant's full name and Texas State Application ID Number.
Some programs require additional documents for admission. These documents can include, but are not limited to, the following:
- statement of purpose
Applicants should review their intended program of study's web page to verify if additional items like the ones listed above are required.
Documents submitted but not required by the program will not be reviewed.
Applying for Spring 2020 or Summer 2020: Once you activate your NetID, you will be able to upload documents (such as resumes, essays, statements of purpose, etc.) through the Graduate Admission Document Upload (GADU) tool. Please review tips to navigate GADU.
*You will request recommendations from your recommenders by entering your recommenders' names and emails directly into the Graduate Admissions Document Upload (GADU) tool. Recommenders will then receive an email from GADU with your request and submission instructions. Review tips on requesting recommendations.
Applying for Fall 2020 or beyond: Once you complete your online application, you will be able to upload documents (such as resumes, essays, statements of purpose, etc.).
*You will request recommendations from your recommenders by entering your recommenders' names and emails directly into the online application. Recommenders will then receive an email with your request and submission instructions. Review tips on requesting recommendations.
