Permanent Deadline Change Request

You can also indicate whether the change should be applied to all program options or specific concentrations. This form must be submitted by the department chair or the graduate advisor with prior approval from the college dean. All requests will be reviewed by the graduate dean.

Deadline Information

Please do not submit deadline dates later than The Graduate College's deadlines.
