Purpose: Graduate application fee waivers are based on evidence of financial need and are intended to assist in the admission of graduate-bound students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Waivers will only be considered if the applicant meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria: In order to qualify for a graduate application fee waiver, applicants must:
- have an application on file with The Graduate College
- submit this "Graduate Application Fee Waiver Request Form’ to The Graduate College, and
- submit appropriate documents (FAFSA to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships or Fulbright/McNair award letter to The Graduate College)
All fee waiver requests are subject to approval by The Graduate College and may be used to apply to a maximum of two applications.
Acknowledgement: By submitting this form, I request that the graduate admission application fee be waived. I understand that this request is subject to approval by The Graduate College and any fees previously paid will not be refunded.
