Update Application Form

This form may be used only by students who have been enrolled through The Graduate College during the last year (example: enrolled in one fall term and not enrolling again until the next fall term and wish to enroll again in the same program as your last enrollment).

If it has been more than a year since your last enrollment, you must complete an ApplyTexas admissions application and pay the fee associated with the application.

If you wish to enroll in a different program or status, you must complete an ApplyTexas admissions application and pay the fee associated with the application.

Universities in Texas are required by state law to collect proof of bacterial meningitis vaccination or proof of an exemption for incoming students under the age of twenty-two. Texas State University is working with Magnus Health Student Medical records (SMR) to collect, review, and confirm our students' bacterial meningitis vaccination information. For more information about this requirement, please visit the Health Center's webpage.
