Sunday, March 6th, 2016 marked the one year "race" anniversary of the Running With the Graduate Deans program, coming full circle with the second installment of Moe’s Better Half Marathon! Thankfully, the weather cooperated far more this year than last, with overcast skies and temperatures in the high 50s and low 60s. Runners took off in the dark, but ended their 13.1 mile jaunt with live music, barbeque breakfast tacos, and cheering fans!
Over 200 runners ran in the race, with four of them participating in Running With the Graduate Deans.
Five volunteers (not all pictured) cheered on the runners and staffed The Graduate College table. Several other runners stopped by the table to grab some snacks and share their thoughts on Texas State.
