Please Note: Students who wish to change their program or apply to an additional program must pay the fee associated with the new application. An additional international evaluation fee of $50.00 (U.S. currency) is required if the application is considered for admission based on foreign credentials.
Applicants must submit one official transcript from the college granting their highest degree completed. This transcript must contain the degree statement, which includes the type of degree received and the date it was conferred. These transcripts must be submitted directly to the Graduate College to the above address in a sealed envelope with the university registrar's signature on the back of the envelope. Please check with the Texas college or university attended to determine if they submit electronic transcripts to Texas State. Texas State transcripts will be provided.
All applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited university.
